The new Stewart’s Shop in Claverack shop will be a great stop for residents and commuters alike. This shop was originally purchased from Red-Kap. The former shop was small. In true Stewart’s fashion, we tore down the old shop and built a beautiful new shop!
No longer a Stewart’s Express location, this new shop offers a better flow both in the parking lot and in the shop. This will allow the shop to serve all our customers for a quick in and out stop!
This new shop features all your favorite Stewart’s products along with a greater selection of produce, grocery items and easy food items such as freshly made pizza (pie and by the slice). There’s also plenty of seating, extensive parking and fuel service with premium non ethanol gas. And the best news, this new shop has an ice cream counter, you can order milkshakes, sundaes, sherbet coolers and all your favorites!
In honor of this newly rebuilt shop, we hosted a grand opening celebration on August 12th!
To support the community and celebrate the grand opening, we made a $7,500 donation to the Town of Claverack for modification of the Claverack Town Park to accommodate their youth program.
