Caroga Arts Collective is one of the fastest growing non-profit organizations in the Southern Adirondacks. They started in 2012 and since then have been able to bring over fifty annual entertainment performances and events to the Caroga Lake community. Set against beautiful lakes in the Adirondacks, this is an inspiring location for the artists to visit, and a special experience for the residents as the artists are encouraged to connect with them during their stay!
Stewart’s Shops is a proud supporter of the arts and were excited to offer our support for this unique organization when they reached out to us! In July we donated $1,000 to their annual fundraising gala, which helps them continue to grow and reignite “the Caroga experience” through the arts. We support non-profit organizations such as this year-round through product, gift certificate, and monetary donations, and look forward to seeing how we can offer our support to Caroga Arts with their future endeavors!
In January, it was announced that local Caroga Lake resident George Abdella has donated the former Sherman’s Amusement Park property to Caroga Arts. Their goal is to turn this historic Adirondack site into a world-class arts and community center, which will mean big things for their future!
Stewart’s Shops is proud to support this initiative and many others. This past week alone we were able to donate $16,834 to 75 organizations. Check out the listing below:
